Hello, my name is Kimiya Adjedani and I am a University Student on exchange from Canada.
My background is in Biomedical Sciences and I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology & Therapeutics from McGill University.
I am currently obtaining my Bachelor of Education specializing in Secondary Biology from the University of Calgary with hopes to teach High School Biology.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to learn from the excellent teachers situated at Suito in order to refine my own skills as a future teacher. Through observation and practice I am hoping to learn how to create a science classroom which prioritizes inquiry based learning.
I expect that over these two months I will learn a number of things from both the staff and students at Suito ranging from daily school life and Japanese culture.
Outside of school, I am excited to be immersed in a new environment, try new foods, and see new places! Thank you for having me and I am looking forward to meeting you all!
